Implementation - Interim Management

Due to our many years of experience in CFO, we assume for our clients the following dueties, e.g.:

• Process analysis and reorganization of processes and responsibilities, realignment of departments
• International cash management and liquidity planning, global coordination of all corporate financing, reorientation of partner banks, support for covenant breaches
